GIANNI DE BORTOLI

Gianni is a licensed Alternative Investment Fund Professional and registered as Conducting Officer in Luxembourg, with two decades of experience in Fund environment, especially portfolio management in Private Equity, Real Estate, Infrastructure, Debt, Fund of Fund strategies, more globally in financial services in the Grand Duchy. 

His professional experience has been gathered with companies and banks based in Luxembourg. It has allowed him to build a broad set of skills and knowledge particularly valuable for the set up and management of Luxembourg companies and structures (including funds). Gianni also holds executive and non-executive control functions in the Alternative Investments sector.  

Gianni’s principal strengths are to oversee the Portfolio management activities, Finance and Operations.  

With extensive experience serving the unique needs of UHNW clients and their advisors, as well as coordinating across departments and jurisdictions, Gianni excels in the art of collaboration.  

Gianni holds a bachelor’s degree in accounting, tax, management and economy from the Haute Ecole Mons-Borinage, in Belgium and is a member of the ILA (Institut Luxembourgeois des Administrateurs).  

He is fluent in French, English and Italian.
